Steps
- 1
Heat oil in a Kadai and add cumin, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom(small and large). When they crackle add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir.
- 2
Then add turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chili powder with 1/2 cup of water and mix well and fry until it leaves the oil (this is the process of bhuno masala). Then add florets of cauliflower and cook for a while.
- 3
After 3-4 min add the beaten curd, salt to taste, garam masala and chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cover with a lid and seal the edges so that the steam does not escape. And let it cook in low flame for 10-12 min or until florets done.
- 4
Garnished with fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot with chapati or rice. Enjoy :)
