My Mom used to make this when I was a teenager. My Dad and I, still love this dish to this day. This recipe was made with store bought puff pastry so it's perfect for anyone who wants to only spend about 15-20 mins in front of the stove. The filling is creamy and rich and delicious with flaky puff pastry.

Steps
- 1
Melt the butter on the stove in a small pot on low heat.
- 2
Once the butter has melted add the flour to the butter and stir (the butter and the flour will form into clots/clumps.)
- 3
Add 1 cup milk slowly while stirring the mixture vigorously to make sure that clumps do not form. If the mixture has clumps turn off the heat and keep stirring till the clumps are gone. When the clumps are gone, keep it back on stove, turn on the heat and add the remaining milk and keep stirring.
- 4
When the milk mixture thickens add the salt and pepper and stir. Add a tiny piece of the bouillon cube for extra flavor (optional).
- 5
Then add the canned tuna and stir. Turn off the stove.
- 6
Cut each boiled egg into six pieces and add to the mixture. Stir slowly making sure not to mush the egg.
- 7
Lay out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal rectangles.
- 8
Place a generous portion of filling in 3 rectangles and cut slits in other 3 rectangles. Place the rectangle with the slits on top of the rectangle with the filling and press down with your fingers around the edges to seal the pastry.
- 9
Place on a baking sheet and brush each pastry on top with a beaten egg (for the nice golden baking color).
- 10
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 mins or till the tops look golden brown.
