Ingredients

  • 6eggs Boiled -
  • 4Onions -
  • 1Ginger big - piece
  • 8 - 10Garlic -
  • 1 sprigCurry leaves -
  • 2Green chillies -
  • 3Tomatoes - medium
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  • 1 tbspChilli powder -
  • 1 tbspCorriander powder -
  • 1 tspPepper powder -
  • 2 tspsVinegar -
  • Salt to tasteCorriander leaves to garnish

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Remove the shells of the boiled eggs and set aside.

  2. 2

    Saute the sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil.add crushed ginger,garlic,green chillies & curry leaves & saute for few minutes 

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes,little salt and cook till tomatoes are well blended.

  4. 4

    Add the masalas & little water sothat they don't get burned.cook till oil seperates.

  5. 5

    Add the eggs and little water sothat the  gravy coats the eggs well. Add the vinegar and adjust salt.garnish with chopped corriander.
