Ingredients

20 mins
4-serving
  • 2 nospotato boiled medium
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 1/2 cupcarrot beans and
  • 3 notomato small
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 2 tspspav MTR bhaji powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1pav bread
  • 2 tspsginger garlic paste
  • 1 noonion

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Smash the boiled potatoes. boil the other vegetables

  2. 2

    Take  a pan add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste and fry it

  3. 3

    Add pav bhaji powder, chilli powder, salt, tomato to it and fry it for 5-10 min

  4. 4

    Now add the smashed potato and green peas, boiled vegetables to it

  5. 5

    Add little water to it. now pav bhaji masala is ready........

  6. 6

    Serve it with pav bread with some lime juice, onion, coriander leaves and spring onion...................
