Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/4 cupsMaida
  • 3/4 cupsugar Powdered
  • 1/3 cupAlmond flour
  • 1/4 cupCoco powder
  • 150 gmSalted butter
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 numberEgg
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1/4 tspBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine butter and sugar. Add egg & vanilla essence and beat well.

  2. 2

    Add Maida, almond powder,coco powder, baking powder and slowly mix it. Finally, add milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour this into  prepared baking  tray and bake for 8 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven.
