Arrange all the dry ingredients in a plate.

Take a saucepan, add water in it.Simmer the water on a slow flame.

Infuse in torn mint leaves & grated ginger. Simmer on a slow flame 🔥 till both merge very well with water & nice aroma comes.

Add ctc Wagh Bakri chai & sugar to the boiling liquid.Boil till it catches a nice colour. The colour of the liquid should be dark brown 🟤🟤.

Now add in milk & simmer on a slow flame.Let the tea reach a golden hue.

Switch off the flame & strain the tea in a mug with the help of a fine mash.

Serve this morning cuppa of an Indian Tea, piping hot & be healthy in this Monsoon with all the goodness of adrak & pudina leaves. Sip it slowly to enjoy its goodness to the fullest.
Tips
1) The shelf life of pudina ( mint ) is very short, so buy in small batches & separate the leaves from the stalk . Refrigerate till further use .
2) Use only the leaves & discard the stalk .
3) You can add tea masala or cardamom to enhance the aroma & taste of the tea .
