Ragi Dosa
Steps

Take a container add urad dal wash it nicely and soak it for 6 hours.

After soaked urad dal take a grinder add soaked urad dal grind it fine paste.

Add ragi flour to grinded urad dal paste mix it well and add salt also as required water to dosa batter and mix it well.

After that take a pan heat it add oil spread it put dosa batter make dosa and heat it both side of dosa.

Serve dosa with aloo bhaji and coconut chutney.
