Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan

Add mustard seeds,allow to splutter

Add onion slices, saute till golden brown

Add chlli, turmeric and perumjeerakam, saute for a while

Add koorka and coconut pieces and half cup water, mix well

Add salt to taste

Cover with lid and Cook till done on slow flame

Add half tsp oil, stir for a while

Transfer to serving bowl
