"Super Easy recipe for bachelors . My brother tried it and it rocks!!!"
Steps
- 1
Saute the onions and the capsicum in butter with a pinch of salt (I don't like eating onions and capsicum too raw but yet need it crunchy.)
- 2
When light golden brown, turn off heat. Transfer contents to bowl add two eggs and beat well.
- 3
Add 4 teaspoon of water along and beat well as it makes the omelette more soft.
- 4
Turn on heat and use a wide pan. Put some butter, salt, pepper to the egg mixture and spread it on well in the pan by slightly rotating the pan in all directions. Allow it to get golden yellow at base. Add some tomato sauce, and sprinkle little corn flour to get a little crunch.
- 5
Transfer when Omelette turns golden yellow.Garnish it with capsicum.
- 6
And munch it with a pair of brown breads.
