Cook the basmathi rice and keep aside.

In a wok, heat up the oil, throw in the onion and anchovies and sauté them until the onion is soften or at least for 4-5 mins.Add in the chilli flakes and stir fry again and Add in the egg at the same time and the salt

Finally add in the cooked basmathi rice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Serve hot with Fried Chicken, cut cucumbers etc
