  • kerala banana (nendrapazham)
  • sugar
  • ghee
  • oil for frying

  1. 1

    Slice the bananas to small semi-circle shapes. The bananas should be well riped.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the bananas batch by batch without overcrowding in the oil.

  3. 3

    Place them in a bowl and immediately scatter sugar and ghee on top of it. Mix them well and serve.
