Steps

In a bowl, mix Bajra flour, Gram flour, salt, turmeric, and asafoetida.

Add coriander, fenugreek, Ginger-green chili paste, and Garlic paste. Mix well.

Gradually add Water to make a thick batter. Stir in Baking soda.

Heat Oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot Oil.

Fry until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Tips
Adding garlic paste enhances the flavor of the fritters.
