Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add jeera & curry leaves

When jeera crackle add chopped veggies except tomato 🍅. Stir & cook for 3-4 minutes

Add soaked moong dal + jau dalia + salt & haldi powder ; tomato 🍅 also. Mix it nicely add water & pressure cooker for 3 whistle

Let the pressure cooker cool completely stir the Khichdi & serve hot with thanda dahi aur teekhi dhaniya-pudina chutney.
