Ultimate Chocolate Nut Milk

Have you ever wondered how one milks a nut?
Me too.
Beginning my plant-powered journey, I was very confused with what nut milk actually was. When I finally learned how to make it, it all made sense, NUT-JUICE! Eureka!
"So why don't we call it nut-juice?" I thought, "Oh yeah... There's a already different type of nut's juice occupying that name..." And so nut-milk it is.
The taste of this nut milk is everything I could ever ask for in a traditional chocolate milk and then some. The best part? It makes me feel good.
If you haven't heard, dairy is not meant for human consumption. Animals produce milk to feed babies so they can grow and build their bodies, fast. Contrary to popular belief, the hormones in dairy does not aid in a human's growth, it only disrupts the natural flow of hormones in our body. Dairy is also extremely acidifying, which is the precursor to every disease.
Solution? Nut-juice! I mean nut-milk, nut-milk.
Have you ever bought a carton of Almond milk from the store and been extremely dissatisfied by the lengthy ingredients list, lack of protein and heart healthy fats?
Me too.
Most store bought nut milks are over processed and watered down with fillers and preservatives added to them.
More solutions?! More solutions!!!
Make your own! It's easy! All you need is a blender, some nuts or seeds, water, a strainer and whatever other flavors your little-big heart desires! Your concoction will be full of protein, heart healthy fats, minerals, nutrients, and yes, love...
