Ingredients

  1. 10Potatoes Medium
  2. 1onion Large , thinly sliced
  3. 100 mlCream
  4. 250 mlMilk , (1 cup)
  5. 3Anchovy slices, cut into small pieces
  6. White pepper , ground

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a mandolin to create "french fry" style potato slices

  2. 2

    Layer the potato with with a few onion slices, anchovy and sprinkle of white pepper in a oven safe form until filled.

  3. 3

    Spread thick cream across the top and pour the milk evenly over the dish

  4. 4

    Put in oven at 200 degree centigrade for approximately 30-45 minutes.
