Ingredients

  • 1loaf Italian crusty
  • 1/4 cupParsley fresh
  • 4 clovesGarlic -5 big
  • 1/2 cupOlive oil
  • 1 - 2 tbspsButter melted
  • 1 - 2 tbspsOregano dried
  • 1 - 2 cupsCheese mozzarella
  • 1/4 cupCheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cupparmigiano reggiano

    Slanting from a corner cut open the loaf but not fully but just to fill the loaf and also preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Next make a garlic parsley oil mix from the ingradients except oregano and cheese. Apply the mixture evenly into the sandwich bread to coat well.

  3. 3

    Cover Thelma's into alminimum foil and close properly. Put in oven for 10 minS.

  4. 4

    Next uncover, being careful. Sprinkle the variety of cheeses and last with Parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

    Again put in oven it without foil, for another 10 mins.

  6. 6

    Next sprinkle oregano and let it cool off and cut into 5-6 pieces.
