Take a big bowl.Wash coriander leaves 2 to 3 times properly than finely chopped coriander leaves.

Add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cumin powder.

Add sesame seeds, salt,asafoetida.

Add water to make smooth batter. Keep aside to set for 5-10mins.

Heat oil in frying pan on medium high flame and put the small pakodas. Cook for 3-4 mins and flip them so that they cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Fry until pakodas turn golden. Remove pakodas from pan. Drain pakoda on paper towels and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
