Line the 8x12 baking sheet with foil then butter. Add oatmeal and almonds. Mix well and bake 350 for 10-12 min stirring occasionally.

Transfer to mixing bowl. Add flax seed. Turn oven down to 300.

Place butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, and salt in pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir for 1 minute then pour over oatmeal mixture.

Add dried fruit and coconut.

Press in 8x12 baking sheet and bake 25-30 min. Cool 2-3 hours
