Sonja’s chocolate chip cookies

I once made these chocolate chip cookies filled with Nutella for my friends, and since then, I haven’t been sure whether they’re friends with me because of me or because of these cookies. Anyway, I haven’t met a single person who has tried these cookies and didn’t like them (except my ex boyfriend but that’s why he’s my ex 😌). Here’s the recipe, and I hope you and your loved ones enjoy it as much as my friends and I do.❤️

Steps
- 1
Mix the room temperature butter with sugar (I mix with a hand mixer).
- 2
After that, add two eggs and mix again.
- 3
Then add flour with baking powder and salt and mix it.
- 4
Combine everything and mix in the chocolate drops, knead the dough lightly and take balls of dough that you then separate in the palm of your hand, put a full spoonful of nutella, fold from all sides, turn and place on parchment paper.
- 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. They will be soft when removed from the oven but not undercooked; they will firm up as they cool.
