Steps

Mix colostrum milk and regular milk in a bowl.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, Stir until sugar dissolves.

Heat 1 glass of water in a pan. Place the milk mixture in a plate over the pan, add chopped nuts and saffron. cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.

Check if set, then remove from heat.

Let it cool, cut into pieces, and serve chilled. Garnish with dry rose petals. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Tips
For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg or a few drops of rose water. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
