Place your sweetpotatoes in boiling water and cover. Boil the water untill the sweetpotatoes are fully cooked.

How to test if they are cooked, pierce with a blunt knife, if it goes through the potato with ease, they are difinitely well cooked.

Drain the excess water. Let the sweetpotatoes to cool.

Peel and enjoy with a cup of milk tea.
