A very basic recipe, full of flavor and color.

In a wide pot, I used a wok, heat the oil and add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Be careful not to burn them, just let them soften.

Mix the two types of meat and add to the pot, allowing it to brown.

Start adding the vegetables, beginning with those that take longer to cook. Add the carrots and let them cook for about 3 minutes, then add the zucchini and broccoli, cooking for another 3 minutes.

Mix and let cook for about 5 minutes; we don't want them to overcook.

Now add the spices and salt. Mix and let cook for a couple of minutes, cover, and turn off the heat.

Enjoy your meal.
