My Seafood Gumbo
I love seafood and I love Cajun food, and the best part is knowing exactly what you are eating is better than the store bought stuff.

Steps
- 1
Saute onions and garlic in stock pot until tender. Adding the bell peppers during this process. I used orange, green and purple bell peppers.
- 2
Add 2 TBSP bacon grease and add flour until thickened (about 1 cup).
- 3
Add broth and any remaining ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes and taste to ensure that it is to your spicy preference. Stir in 1 cup uncooked rice, turn down to simmer and cook until rice is done.

Tips
I add a little Tony's creole seasoning to this as well because I love spicy food and this is a favorite 😍 and best served in the fall for that "stick to your ribs" kinda meal. ENJOY 😉 😉 😉
