Steps

In to a small break 2 eggs and add salt. Then beat the eggs very well.

Fry onions in a pan until slightly brown.

Add the eggs and mix them very well. Don't allow it to become an omelette.

Add the chopped tomatoes and stir. Stir for a few minutes till the tomatoes appear mashed.

Remove from the heat. And in another pan, put oil and heat. Then add the kale and Sautée them for 4 minutes, add salt and stir for 2 minutes and serve.

Serve with Ugali.
