Ganished coconut rice

Wash and blend ginger,garlic,cut onion,cut green pepper.

Break coconut,grate coconut,heat little water in kettle allow to get hot pour in the grated coconut to extract the milk keep separately.

Get a clean pot place on heat add water,wash meat and put in the put with 2 vube maggi,little salt and some cut onion allow to boil for 15 min.Remove meat,place pan on heat add 1 and half cup of veg oil and fry keep aside.

Place a clean pot on heat add water,then pour the rice allow to boil for 15 min,wash and drain rice.Rinse pot place back on heat if it dries add 3 tablespoon of veg oil.

Then add onion,blended,pepper,ginger and garlic allow to fry for 10 min,then add meat stock and coconut milk,salt and the remaining maggi,then add the rice stir cover the pot

When the water is about drying off, add the green beans,green pepper and carrot.when the water dries completely stir everything together.

Ganished coconut rice is ready so so delicious.I love eating coconut rice
