Melon and bitter leaf soup

Wash, season chicken with pepper, onion, knor cubes, and salt to taste. Set aside

Heat pot over medium heat, add palm oil, allow to bleach. Then add onion and tin tomatoes (stir constantly)... Allow to cook for 1 minute. Then add pepper, crayfish, knor and stir.

Add melon and stir until thickens, then add water to your taste.. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add fish, periwinkles, and chicken, stir. Taste for salt and pepper then adjust to taste.

Put off the stove, then add bitter leaf and stir. Cover pot for 3minutes so the heat softens the bitter leaf. Serve with any swallow of choice!
