Ingredients

2 servings
  1. for the paste
  2. 1ripe avocado
  3. 125 gramsfine chicken liver, bought or homemade
  4. juice of up to half a lemon
  5. chutney of choice either homemade or bought
  6. I used a date, balsamic and fig chutney
  7. 2bread rolls
  8. 1small amount of mixed lettuce
  9. segments from 1 mandarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Scope out the avocado and mix it well with the pate

  2. 2

    Drizzle in the lemon juice until nice and smooth and still spreadable. Set aside and chill for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Slice the bread rollspread, spread each open sides with the pate.

  4. 4

    Add the lettuce on one side first with the lettuce, then add a spoonfuls of chutney and then the mandarine

  5. 5

    Assemble the roll
