500 gbeef mince
1small brown onion, peeled and diced
2 stalkscelery, diced
1green capsicum, diced
2 clovesgarlic, crushed
1 (700 g)jar tomato pasta sauce
2 (400 g)cans kidney beans, liquid reserved from one can
2 (400 g)cans cannellini beans, liquid reserved
2 teaspoonschilli powder
1/2 tspdried parsley
1 teaspoonsalt
3/4 teaspoondried basil
3/4 teaspoondried oregano
1/4 teaspoonground black pepper

Cook mince in a oiled large frying pan over high heat, stirring, until browned.

Place the mince in a slow cooker and stir in remaining ingredients including bean liquids.

Cover and cook, on low setting, for 8 hours.
