Ingredients

  1. 1 packenoki
  2. 3 clovesgarlics
  3. 1 pcred chillie (chopped)
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Flour

  1. 1

    Rinse the enoki and cut into 3 parts

  2. 2

    Mix the flour, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Put the enoki inside the batter

  4. 4

    Deep fry the enoki

  5. 5

    Fry the chopped garlics until golden brown

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the fried garlics and chopped red chilli.
