Ingredients

  1. onions
  2. carrots
  3. celery
  4. parsnip
  5. leek
  6. bayleaf
  7. thyme
  8. peppercorns, white
  9. parsley
  10. tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare ingredients. Blanch tomato (put it boil water 15s, refresh in ice water, peel and deseeded)

    Put in bowl with cold water

  3. 3

    Bring to boil while skimming

  4. 4

    Turn heat down, simmer 30-40mn

  5. 5

    Filter stock
