Ingredients

  1. 200 gminced beef
  2. 1medium onions, finely chopped
  3. 3large potatoes, cooked
  4. 1medium carrot, cooked and chopped
  5. 1 Tbspmustard sauce
  6. 1 Tspcorn flour
  7. 2beef stock cubes
  8. 3 Tbspmilk
  9. 1 TspTabasco sauce
  10. 1 cupcooked green peas
  11. 1 Tsp.Rosemary leaves
  12. to tasteSalt- pepper
  13. Butter and oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions for 5 minutes until tender.

    Add minced beef, fry until it is brown. Occasionally stir it. Then add spices and mustard sauce. Gently mix all together.

    Add diced carrot with tabasco sauce to the meat mixture.

    Dissolve beef stock cubes in 300 ml hot water and pour over the meat

    Finally add corn flour and freshly chopped rosemary leaves.

    Cover the pot with a lid and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes over medium to low heat.

    Meanwhile, cook the potatoes. Mash the potatoes, season with salt and pepper,

    Add some butter and milk to the mashed potatoes and heat it for 1-2 minutes. Serve the dish with mashed potatoes and green peas.
