Clean your cabbage in running water and cut into small desired sizes.

Peel your potatoes and rinse them and cut them into desired sizes.

Fry your onion in a sufuria, add cut tomato and let it cook till mashed. Add your potatoes and a little water and allow them to cook.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add your cut cabbage, diced corriander and cut carrots. Cover and let them cook.

Once cooked, enjoy with steamed rice.
