Steps

Take black gram into a bowl & add rice add water & wash well add water & soak for 6 hours or preferably overnight.

Ready for grinding using or wet grinder grind the soaked ingredients to a smooth batter.

Grind to I like batter consistency transfer batter to a bowl & add salt mix well cover pertially & keep it aside for fermenting.

Mix batter & add chopped onions green chilli ginger & coriander mix well.

Gunta pongadalu patra heat the pan fill each slot with 2 tsp of oil fill each slot with batter.

After frying for some time turn with the stick & spoon cook for 2 mints.

Transfor to a serving plate vary tasty gunta pongadalu ready.

Try these with coconut chutney.
