Heat oil in a pan till hot

Add chopped onions and fry a little

Add tomatoes and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add in pepper and fry for another 10 minutes

Add all seasoning and fry for five minutes

Add water and cover. Allow stew to simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn off heat.

Serve hot and enjoy. You can eat with rice, bread, beans, boiled yams or potatoes.
