Ingredients

9 servings
  1. cakes-----------
  2. 1 cupdehydrated baby shrimp
  3. as neededwater to rehydrate the shrimp
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground paprika
  5. 1large egg
  6. 1 tablespoonparsley flakes
  7. 2 tablespoonsdiced onions
  8. 1/2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  9. 1/3 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  10. 1 cupall purpose flour
  11. sauce 1--------
  12. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  13. 1 tablespoonchopped onion finely
  14. 1 tablespoonHorseradish prepared
  15. sauce 2-------------
  16. 1 tablespoonHorseradish prepared
  17. 1/3 teaspoongrated ginger
  18. 1/3 cupketchup
  19. frying-----------
  20. as neededcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse the shrimp. Cover with water and set aside. Let them rehydrate for 30 minutes to an hour. I drained most of the liquids and put into refrigerator overnight.

    Mix the ingredients to sauce #1. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Mix ingredients to sauce #2 and set aside.

  4. 4

    Drain all the water possible of the shrimp it's ok to use some of it

  5. 5

    Mix the flour, salt, onions, paprika, parsley flakes, garlic, egg, and shrimp.

  6. 6

    Set aside.

  7. 7

    Heat the oil and pan fry the cakes. I spooned the mix into the hot oil

  8. 8

    Turn when the first side is done and crispy.

  9. 9

    Fry the other side crispy and done.

  10. 10

    Move to paper towels and repeat till done.

  11. 11

    Serve with sauces, I hope you enjoy!
