Giant prawns and crabs cooked in different ways serve with white rice and a side dish of dal and tomato parsley for appetizer

For the Tiger prawn: saute the garlic in the butter then add the prawn, cook for 10-12 minutes then add the salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Set aside the sauce to serve.

For the crabs, saute the garlic in olive oil then add the crabs, add the sprite and let it boil for 5 minutes then add the oyster sauce cook for another 10 minutes. Add the salt and pepper. Set aside the sauce to serve.

Side dish: mix the chopped tomato, parsley, onion leaves and drizzle it with olive oil and lemon. Add salt to taste.
