Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (2 sticks)unsalted butter, cubed and at room temperature
  2. 1/2 cuphulled and diced fresh strawberries
  3. 1/4 cuphoney
  4. 1/4 tsp.salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the butter, honey and salt in your food processor and process for 20 or so seconds, until it is all combined and fluffy. Scrape down the sides if the bowl of needed.

  2. 2

    Add the strawberries and process until fully combined, but still with some chunks of strawberry throughout...about another 10-15 seconds.

  3. 3

    That's it! It can be used immediately. Pictured here on a blueberry English muffin.

    To store, tightly cover and refrigerate it for up to 1 week. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

I love to bake and to try out new recipes! I'm always on the lookout for simple dinners for busy weeknights. A lot of the recipes I post on here are ones I've found on Pinterest or from different bloggers, and that I've tried and really enjoyed, but I always reference to where I got the recipe from in the recipe description and the pictures are my own. If there's no source listed, then it's a rare recipe that I came up with. I have two wonderful kids and I hope to pass on my love of cooking and baking to them.
