  • 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspsea salt
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3chia eggs
  • 3bananas (pureed)
  • 1 cupoil
  • 3/4 cupmilk

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Spray 2 loaf pans.
    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in one bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another, mixing very well. Slowly add flour mixture, combine well but don't overwork.
    Divide mixture evenly between loaf pans.

    Bake 325° for 60 minutes
