Cook the spaghetti or Chinese noodles according to package instructions.

Drain the noodles.

Trim the ends off the green beans.

Boil the green beans in water for at least 8 to 10 minutes, then remove them from the water.

Dice the onion, carrots, and broccoli into small cubes.

Heat oil in a skillet and add the vegetables. Stir continuously for a few minutes.

Mince the ginger and garlic, then add them to the vegetables.

Add the noodles to the vegetables and mix well.

Pour in the soy sauce and keep stirring until everything is cooked through.

If you like, add any other sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
