Nothing brightens my evening like my home made food. I spend less time in the kitchen preparing something delicious.

It's chopping time. Cut the onions and the green pepper. Chop the tomatoes thereafter. The Spinach has to be chopped too

Put the onions and Pepper into the frying pan.

Let them cook until the onion turn golden brown. I love my pepper hot. Add some salt to taste

Add the tomatoes to the already cooked tomatoes. let it cook for three more minutes.

Add the already cooked beans to the pan with onions and tomatoes.

Let your food cook for ten more minutes. Keep stirring to mix. Add some water to make some soup.

Fry the already chopped spinach in a different pan.

Let it cook for five minutes. I prefer my fried spinach crunchy.

My food is ready to serve. There we go. Beans and fried spinach accompanied by chapati from the previous day to complete my meal.
