Place the ground beef in a bowl and add 3 eggs, dried parsley and garlic seasoning, and salt. Mix well.

Once mixed, add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Mix until a dough forms.

Boil the remaining 6 eggs.

Spread the ground beef mixture out on a damp kitchen towel.

Layer slices of ham, slices of cheese, and the hard-boiled eggs on top of the meat.

Roll up the meat tightly, pressing gently to form a roll. Place it on a baking sheet greased with a little oil to prevent sticking. (Makes 2 large rolls.)

Once ready, bake in a moderate oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
