Ingredients

  • 50 gbread crumbs
  • 2 pinchessalt
  • 1tblspoon paprika
  • 2eggs
  • 500 gfish fillet
  • 1lt oil
  • 200 gpotatoes

Steps

    Mix paprika and salt

  2. 2

    Add the fish fillet and mix well

  3. 3

    Let it settle for 15mins

  4. 4

    Bit eggs on a different bowl on the side, and bread crumbs separately.

  5. 5

    Peel potatoes and boil in 3cups of water and add some salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Boil for 20mins

  7. 7

    Put oil to heat, put the bread crumbs in the egg wash

  8. 8

    Remove it and did it in the bread crumbs and they are all done,

  9. 9

    Deep fry the fillet when ready, until golden brown. Then put them on a grease proof and cover them so that they don't cool.

  10. 10

    Remove the boiling potatoes from heat when they are ready.

  11. 11

    Let them cool for about 10min and mash them and add blueband in the mixture to taste.

  12. 12

    Ready to be served.

  13. 13

    A meal of 5 and can be taken with white wine.
