Ingredients

15 minutes
5 pax
  • 1/4 kgpre- cooked njahi
  • 1 kgpeeled potatoes
  • 1 bunchnyeni(chopped)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the potatoes,nyeni and njahi in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Add 3cups of water..then cover

  3. 3

    After like 5 minutes check to ensure water is not dry..

  4. 4

    Let the potatoes cook..

  5. 5

    Remove from the heat using a wooden stick mash the food and serve while hot
