  • 2brown trout fillets
  • 2 slicessmoked bacon
  • A fewsprigs of chives

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the skin from the trout.

  2. 2

    Roll each fillet widthwise and wrap it with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick to hold everything together.

  3. 3

    Blanch the chive sprigs so you can use them to help tie and secure the paupiette.

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
