This is very simple, easy-to-make cookie. You can arrange their shapes whatever you like - from a ghost to an angel! And the best of all.. It tastes really nice!
Steps

Put butter out of fridge. Preheat oven in 180℃.

Stir softened butter. Add sugar and stir, stir, stir....till it becomes white, fluffy cream. Add an egg yolk and stir some more.

Add flour and mix softly, cutting butter cream into flour.

When it is getting together, put it into a plastic bag and keep it in the fridge at least 30 minutes.

Put the dough out of the fridge and develop with a rolling pin. Cut out anything interesting.

Place a baking sheet on a baking tray, then put cookies on the tray. Bake them for about 20 minutes at 180℃

Cool them on a sheet and enjoy!
