Ingredients

  1. marinade--------
  2. 3/4 cuplemon juice
  3. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  4. 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  5. Chicken------------
  6. 5-1/4 poundschicken I used thighs boneless and skinless
  7. to tastesalt
  8. to tasteground black pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoonGround nutmeg fresh
  10. 1/4 teaspoonGround cinnamon
  11. coating----------
  12. 4large eggs
  13. 1 cupall purpose flour
  14. 1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
  15. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  16. to fry---------
  17. as neededolive oil make 1-1/2 deep in pan
  18. garnish --------------
  19. 1large lemon cut into wedges

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the lemon juice, garlic, and salt

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice, garlic, and teaspoon kosher salt to a ziploc bag. Add chicken seal with as much air removed as possible. Marinate for 2 hours.

    Heat oil in pan

  4. 4

    To the chicken sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Or put in the flour

  5. 5

    Beat the eggs. Dredge the chicken in flour and then eggs. Let excessive egg drip off.

    Put into hot oil and fry turning as necessary.

    Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

  8. 8

    Serve with lemon Wedges.

    You can refry the chicken if it's cold later. That is if you want it hot.
