  • 4 bunchesdek
  • 2 bunchesosuga
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

    Wash the vegetables (dek and osuga)and cut. Mix them together. Put to boil for 45mins because dek has tough fibres.

  2. 2

    Fry the onions with oil then add tomatoes. Add the vegetables and stir.

  3. 3

    Add the milk then salt. Cook for a few mins and serve with Ugali.
