  • 1 cancorn
  • 230 g (1 can)drained) cannellini beans (white kidney)
  • 1yellow onion
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 4 cupschicken stock
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspcoriander

  1. 1

    Combine all but beans and corn. Simmer for 4 hours.

    Simmer last 30 minutes with beans and corn. Add salt & pepper to taste.
