Ingredients

1 lbground beef or turkey
1lg onion, chopped
1/2 cupcelery, chopped
1/4 cupcarrots, grated (optional)
1/4 cupgreen pepper, chopped (optional)
1 cupquick oats
2large eggs, beaten
2 TbsWorcestershire sauce
1 to tastesalt
1 to tasteblack pepper
1/2 cupketchup diluted with
1/3 cupwater

Preheat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients except for diluted ketchup. Mix lightly until completely combined. Put into loaf pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake for 1 hour.

Drain excess drippings and cover with diluted ketchup. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes
