Chop the chicken kienyeji into pieces. since its always tough than broilers you need to cook it for around 1 hr 20 mins

After cooking and its now soft, add onion in a cooking pot and oil, then heat or cook till golden brown then add tomatoes.

When already cooked add tomato paste and stir then add the chicken pieces and stir.

Add enough water for soup and royco then salt. stir then later sprinkle coriander leaves.

Leave to cook for 10- 20 mins. then remove fro heat and serve
